Who would have thought it, even Google is getting into the routing game. Google have decide to pitch the OnHub relatively high in the speed stakes with an AC1900.
Produced with TP-Link (TGR1900 is the official model number), Google OnHub tries to simplify the home wireless router as much as possible. Not just technically, but aesthetically.
Google boasts that there are no ‘flashing lights’, in fact, to quote Google ‘OnHub uses a dimmable light ring that uses one of four color indicators to give you feedback’.
This router is definitely aimed at the less technical consumer. If you want a router ‘that just works’ and have no interest in logging in and making tweaks, the OnHub will likely appeal to you…
