VoIP Greatness
The TM822G has two redundant primary lines for Voice over IP, along with the option to fit a battery pack, you know your phone presence will always be available, even if you lose power.

Cable – Up To 300Mbps
The Arris TM822G is capable of delivering over 300Mbps into your home or business via cable.

Multiple Protocol Support
NCS (Network Based Call Signaling), Legacy SIP (Session Initiation protocol), and PacketCable 2.0 IMS signaling protocols are all supported for whatever VoIP methods you want to use.

Loopback Testing
Test your Internet connection via the ISP side or internal wiring side with advanced diagnostic troubleshooting tools. Visual and in-built diagnostic tools are available to determine if there is an internal wiring issue, or if there is an issue with connectivity to your ISP.

Configuration Options
Options to configure Loop Voltage Management, Loop Current or Ringing Waveform.

  1. I just bought mine at Dontleaseyourmodem.com. It was the cheapest I could find online and they even offer free shipping, warranty, and even set up instructions specific to Comcast! It was easy to set up and now I am well on my way to escaping the dreaded lease fee and will break even and save even more in no time.
